Per the Notice of Race, item No.3, Eligibility and Entry, each Melges 24 needs to provide a valid measurement certificate for competition at the U.S. National Championship. In order for a measurement certificate to be valid, it needs to be in the name of the current owner + be stamped and signed by the USM24CA.
