Detroit's Bayview Yacht Club welcomed the Melges 24 fleet for the 2026 Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta Series, where Bora Gulari's Mavi team delivered a dominant five-race performance to claim victory. Lindsay Duda led a highly competitive Corinthian division, while American and Canadian teams battled throughout another strong stop on the Quantum Melges 24 Great Lakes Cup Series.
