Homestretch — 2024 North American Sailing Series IS Fever Pitch for Final Event

With 90 teams competing thus far, the 2024 Melges 24 North American Sailing Series is officially on the homestretch and at a fever pitch! Only one event remains, the grande finale, the Bushwhacker Cup, hosted by the Pensacola Yacht Club on November 8-10. This regatta also serves as the highly-anticipated combined Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast Championships.

After the Canadian Nationals, top Corinthian Dan Berezin racing Surprise regained the lead, overtaking Geoff Fargo’s Sentinel by two points. Kingspoke, helmed by Bora Gulari, is currently one point behind in third. Dark Horse, helmed by Cuyler Morris, and Steve Boho’s The 300 round out the top five in fourth and fifth respectively, separated by only two points.
