Next Level Vakaros Speed Challenge Comes to Worlds

How fast can you go?

Next Level Boatworks and Vakaros RaceSense are putting $1,000 cash on the line for the fastest boat in the fleet at the 2026 Melges 24 World Championship in Harbor Springs.

One day during the Championship will be designated as the Next Level Vakaros Speed Challenge. Every Melges 24 competing at Worlds is automatically in, with Vakaros RaceSense event data determining the boat that records the highest valid speed while racing that day.

The fastest boat takes home $1,000 cash, presented at the final awards ceremony.
