2026 Worlds Competitor Arrival + Boat Delivery

With teams beginning to arrive in Harbor Springs for the 2026 Melges 24 World Championship, competitors are asked to review important arrival information regarding boat delivery, trailer storage, launching and event dockage.

Unless prior arrangements have been made with Irish Boat Shop or Walstrom Marine, all competitors should deliver their boats to the City Hall overflow rigging and trailer storage lot, as indicated on the accompanying competitor arrival map.

When entering and exiting the lot, please use the designated route shown on the map, which utilizes the south entrance to City Hall.

Competitors are asked not to deliver boats to or proceed to Ford Park until they are ready to launch. Following these arrival procedures will help keep boat delivery, rigging, trailer storage and launching operations moving efficiently as the fleet arrives in Harbor Springs.

EVENT DOCKAGE BEGINS SEPTEMBER 19
As outlined in Notice of Race 8.1, supplied event dockage begins Saturday, September 19.

Teams requiring dockage prior to September 19 should make arrangements directly with one of the following contacts:

City of Harbor Springs Harbormaster
Mike Johnson
harbormaster@cityofharborsprings.com

All competitors are encouraged to review the accompanying arrival map before traveling to Harbor Springs and to share these instructions with anyone responsible for transporting or delivering their boat.
