Pre-Worlds & Worlds Launching and Hauling: Please Confirm Your Plans

Teams competing in the 2026 Melges 24 Pre-Worlds and World Championship are asked to confirm their launching and hauling plans with Irish Boat Shop as soon as possible.

With the Pre-Worlds taking place August 29–30 and the World Championship following in September, Irish Boat Shop is working hard to accommodate the Melges 24 fleet and ensure adequate staffing is in place for craning services.

If you plan to use Irish Boat Shop for launching and/or hauling for either event, please let them know your plans in advance. An accurate boat count will help their team properly schedule staff and keep launching and hauling running efficiently for everyone.

Please communicate your launching and hauling plans for both the Pre-Worlds and Worlds, where applicable. Email John Kunitzer at Irish Boat Shop to make arrangements.
