2026 Melges 24 Worlds Arrival, Launch & Storage Information Released

The Organizing Authority has released supplemental arrival, launching, dockage, haul-out, and storage information for competitors attending the 2026 Melges 24 World Championship in Harbor Springs, Michigan.

All teams are encouraged to carefully review the Download the 2026 World Championship Logistics PDF prior to arriving at the venue, as it contains important logistical information regarding designated arrival locations, staging areas, rigging procedures, launching operations, boat storage, and waterfront access.

Boats may begin arriving on Thursday, September 17, 2026, without prior arrangements. Designated arrival and staging areas include Ford Park, the City Hall overflow lot at the corner of Zoll Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, and the Ottawa Stadium parking lot. Competitors are reminded not to arrive at or pull into Irish Boat Shop or the Harbor Springs Municipal Marina during the initial arrival process.

In addition to detailed operational procedures, the document includes a waterfront logistics map identifying key locations associated with launching, dockage, storage, and event operations. Teams should familiarize themselves with these locations in advance to help ensure a smooth and efficient arrival experience.

Because these procedures affect all competitors, team captains, owners, and support personnel are strongly encouraged to review the document and share it with their crews prior to travel.

The supplemental logistics document and accompanying map are now available for download on the 2026 Melges 24 World Championship website.
