Yacht Scoring Announces 2026 Training Webinars for Race Officials, Owners, and Crew

With the 2026 racing season well underway, our friends at Yacht Scoring is offering two live training webinars designed to help both event organizers and competitors get the most out of their platform.

Widely used across the sailing world to manage registrations, scoring, and race documentation, Yacht Scoring continues to be a central tool for regatta administration and fleet participation. These upcoming sessions are intended to provide practical guidance for users at every level, from race officials running events to owners and crew managing their team registrations.

The first webinar, scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, is tailored specifically for event organizers and race officials. This session will focus on the administrative side of the platform, including best practices for managing regatta entries, organizing fleets, and ensuring a smooth event setup.

The second webinar will take place on Wednesday, March 11 and is designed for boat owners and crew. Participants will learn how to efficiently navigate the system when registering for events, managing crew lists, and accessing key regatta information.

Both sessions aim to help users save time, avoid common errors, and make full use of the features available through Yacht Scoring.

Participants are encouraged to submit questions in advance when registering, allowing the webinar hosts to address specific topics and real-world scenarios during the sessions. Each webinar will also be recorded and made available to those who register but are unable to attend live.

Members of the Melges 24 community who would like to strengthen their familiarity with the platform are encouraged to participate.
