COMPETITOR ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 3: Check-in Process
Competitors need to get an FYC guest card to make purchases at the club. A driver’s license and credit card are required. Early arrivals should see Pat in the club office, Monday – Friday 9:00am-4:00pm. There will be a Guest Card station at check-in for your convenience.
Owners/drivers must present proof of a minimum of $500,000 liability insurance coverage at check-in.
Each competitor will receive a wristband for entry to all social activities including breakfasts, after racing entertainment and refreshments, and dinner Saturday night. Additional wristbands will be available for purchase. The cost per wristband is $50.00
Sack lunches will be available for purchase Thursday – Sunday.
Lunch includes: Choice of ham or turkey deli sandwich, chips, fruit, and a cookie. Preorders at check-in are encouraged. The cost is $4.50.
This is a Clean Regatta and we ask that you bring reusable water bottles to help reduce the amount of plastic waste generated at the event. There will be several water bottle refilling stations at the club.
Bagged ice will be available under the club for $2.75 per bag.
