FARGO SURGES AHEAD OF GULARI TO TAKE NORTH AMERICAN SAILING SERIES LEAD
Eight events of ten 2024 North American Sailing Series are complete, with a change up in leadership. Santa Barbara, California’s Geoff Fargo racing Sentinel is now atop the ranking, which includes 96 teams, all thanks to third place finish at the World Championship.

As the 2024 Diversified Melges 24 World Championship approaches its final stretch, Day 4 on San Francisco Bay brought three more races to the scoreboard. The day began with a weather briefing by Quantum Sails’ Will Paxton, who forecasted unusual conditions with cloudy skies, high humidity, and lighter winds. The prediction held true, challenging the fleet throughout the day.
