Consistently placing in the top four at Muskegon, Sarnia, and Traverse City, Sam has clinched his first-ever regional overall championship title and trophy in the U.S. Melges 24 Class.

With nine Melges 24s on the membership roster at Davis Island Yacht Club, one-design keelboat racing is on the upswing in Tampa Bay.
