Welcome to Pensacola Yacht Club and outstanding racing on our beautiful bay. 

 EVENT SOCIAL SCHEDULE 

Registration for skippers and crew is inclusive for all events plus Goslings Rum Bushwhacker tickets for each sailor (find in skipper bags). 

Additional Guest Meal tickets are available for $75 each including (Thursday welcome party, Friday dinner, Saturday Hors D’oeuvres, Sunday chili, etc.). Bar beverages are not included. Please RSVP for Friday dinner by November 4. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be a ballot for voting on a sportsmanship award in the skipper’s bag. One vote per boat. A ballot box will be at the bar Saturday afternoon/evening. That ballot will be good for an additional Bushwhacker! Everyone wins.

1600-1900 / Check-in and weigh-in. Watson Sailing Center. 

Thur. Nov. 10:
1300 / Practice Race 
1600-1800 / Check-in and Weigh-in. Watson Sailing Center. 
1800 / Opening Ceremony on the lawn.
1830 / Competitors Meeting. Watson Sailing Center. Coolers of beer on the Blue Porch afterwards. 

Fri. Nov. 11:
0900 / Bad Ass Coffee in the Grill Room. 
1100 / First Warning Signal. 
1600-1700 / Dock Talk with John Bowden (North Sails). Coolers of beer on the Blue Porch. 
1800 / Daily Awards. First Place for Open and Corinthian fleets. Ballroom A. 
1800 / Buffet Dinner including seafood and chicken entrees with chef’s choice salad, vegetables, and dessert. Ballroom A. 

Sat. Nov. 12:
0900 / Bad Ass Coffee in the Grill Room. 
1100 / First Warning Signal. 
1600-1700 / Dock Talk with John Bowden (North Sails). Coolers of beer on the Blue Porch. 
1800 / Daily Awards. First Place for Open and Corinthian fleets. Ballroom A.
1800 / Hors D’oeuvres and more Bushwhackers. 

Enjoy downtown at Seville Square with free entry passes for all crew. Food and beverages are not free, but there is always great entertainment and wonderful ambiance. 

Sun. Nov. 13:

1500 / No warning signal after this time except for General Recall. 
ASAP Awards and Trophy presentations in Ballroom A. Chili, hotdogs, coolers of beer, etc. will be served.
